ZDnet has a great interview of Bill Gates, where the journalist asks what Microsoft is doing to compete against Google and also IBM.

Bill Gates seems very confident about Microsoft’s ability to compete today. When the journalist asks him “who’s your primary competitor”, he surprisingly replied that it’s not Google, but IBM.
